New Pediatric position in Northwest Tennessee, beautiful area!! Join a busy Pediatrician in private practice. Call is 1-2 office and after hours and weekends are handled by nurse triage, resulting in 1 call a week. Schedule, see 25 to 30 patients a day, plan to go to 4 day work week as others are hired. C-section coverage is required, average 1-2 a week. Deliveries are at the request of the OB only, average 1 in 6 months. Admit to a 178 bed, State of the Art Facility, 350 births a year, all really sick babies are sent out to Memphis or Jackson, MS. Prefer someone with experience, no more then 5 to 7 years.
Union City is a great little southern town with southern hospitality. There is much to do and see, Scenic rivers, fishing, hunting (duck), Organic Farmers Markets, National and State Parks, Wild Life refuges and so much more outdoor fun to do and see. Excellent school systems, affordable housing and easy commute to Memphis, Jackson or Nashville, TN. This is a great place to call home for the whole family.
