You will be joining a well-established, private practice primary care group that has been flourishing. Consider the following
- $120,000 salary+ $25,000 Signing bonus = $145,000+ benefits - Quality of Life / Quality of Practice A balanced life and practice - Pediatricians enjoy a 4-day workweek - Relocation expenses paid up to $10,000 - Walk into a full practice from day 1 Locums are currently covering - 27 patients a day and your yearly bonus will be $15,000 + - Low malpractice rates, due to state legislation - All of the Pediatricians in town are in favor of recruitment - Over 600 babies will be born at the hospital across the street this year - One (1) year partnership track - Level III newborn intensive care unit thirty miles away - 1:5 Paid Call ($250 + per day for call from home) - Pediatricians are not required to attend most deliveries - Practice in a new spacious office, that you will be able to buy into - Comprehensive Benefits include 5 weeks off per year, malpractice, medical, dental, vision, long term disability, short term disability, $250,000 life insurance and up to $1,500 for CME expenses
