The following are a few salient points pertaining to the practice parameters.
Hospital is helping in the recruitment of an additional Pediatrician to join one other in practice. Seven pediatricians locally share in the ER call. Regular call is 1-2. They do attend c-sections and deliveries on a requested basis only. Current docs are averaging 40 deliveries a month. Location qualifies as a federally qualified health service. Salary, employed by hospital plus productivity based on charges. Full comprehensive benefits package including mal-practice, health, vacation, CME, Allowance for CME and relocation expenses.
