Full Time, Pathology, Beaumont, TX Forensic/Pathologist, Texas

Forensic Pathologist needed in Beaumont, Texas. The successful applicant will perform approximately 325 autopsies annually. Some occasional regional travel may be required. The Beaumont office provides forensic autopsy services to approximately 15 counties in southeast Texas. Minimum requirements include: M.D. or D.O. degree, certification by the American Board of Pathology in Anatomic Pathology and Forensic Pathology, and eligibility for medical licensure in Texas. If the applicant is not Board certified at the time of hiring, then certification in both Anatomic and Forensic Pathology must be obtained in two years. The practice will offer a competitive base salary and provides a generous benefit package including paid continuing medical education expenses, at least 4 weeks of annual leave, sick leave, medical and dental insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
