Join an up and coming ENT practice in beautiful Montana. Hospital is seeking to establish a new group. There is currently only one ENT in the community and patients have to drive 2-3 hours to see an ENT in a timely manor. They will offer to employ or offer an income guarantee and set you up in private practice. They are serving an area population of 225K. At first you will do general ENT but as the practice grows you will be able to explore other interest in ENT if you so desire.
