This practice is located near the largest natural fresh water lake west of the Mississippi. Although the mountains climb to 10,000 feet, the valley floor is only 3,000 feet above sea level, a combination that give residents the luxury of living in mountains without the harsh winter effect of high altitude living. Great outdoor activities, snow skiing, snow boarding, snowmobiling, boating, water skiing, ATV-ing, hunting, fishing, hiking, white water rafting, and golf. Very low crime, safe, family environment.

- Will receive referrals from primary care physician but looking for someone who is ready to slow down, work part-time and enjoy the good life.
- 28 Million dollar reconstruction - schedule for completion, January 2009
