- Nice mix of clinic and surgeries. Simple and Complex cases available
- Need is due to growth and a great relationship with the hospital, which is very supportive
- Do general and/or develop a niche
- Practice call once a week---general hospital call is shared in the community for approximately 6 weekends/year
- Academics-group serves as adjunct faculty to University and participates in lectures and clinical rotations
