They would prefer to have physicians with a tie to California, school, family, or anything. There is an excellent opportunity for a General ENT especially if you have some Head & Neck experience. This is mostly working with managed care.

- Otolaryngologist to join group of four other doctors
- General ENT with a preference to head and neck experience
- Call would be 1:4
- Referrals from community and surrounding areas
- Must be American Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Great diverse community that does have a higher cost of living
- Employed position with Income Guarantee for first year
- Partnership Buy-In available in year 2
- Full Benefit Package with 4 weeks vacation
