This energetic and talented group seeks an orthopaedic trauma physician to become an integral part of their established practice. This groups physicians work hard, play hard and are devoted to their families. If youre still working when youre 50, its not because you need the money. Youll be amply rewarded with the following: As a partner, you will make roughly $1,000,000 per year in ancillary income Base salary of $400,000 plus production with a demonstrated ability to take home $600K per year in clinical incomeTotal earning potential of over $1.5 Million per year Cover only one, Level II Trauma Center with a tremendous trauma support team and all the perks of a Level I Trauma Center yet almost no penetrating or burn trauma A very manageable call arrangement is shared with the other traumatologist and protects your quality of lifeIf youre called in at night, its the last resort and youll be assisted by the primary surgeon on call You choose whether to devote 100% of your time to trauma or to have a small, elective general orthpaedic practice as well This is one of the most technologically advanced groups in the countryWe invest in efficiency and productivity; Our physicians are our most valuable asset Work in one of the highest reimbursing and least litigious states in the nation
