Enterprise Medical Service: Corpus Christi, TX Location
We are assisting a level II trauma center with the recruitment of a second Orthopedic Surgical Hospitalist to join their trauma team.
Major trauma referral center located in Corpus Christi currently has a team of 5 General Trauma surgeons, and 1 Orthopedic Surgeon serving as a Hospitalists. They seek a second Orthopedic Surgeon for their Hospitalist Program. Facility has residency programs in Emergency Medicine and Family Practice; therefore, teaching can be an added component. Schedule can discussed to fit individual needs, but 7 on and 7 off had been the norm. Physicians do not need to be in house 24/7, but available as needed. Night time admissions are usually done by the EM dept. This will be an employed position by this large hospital system, with a very competitive salary, bonus plan, and comprehensive benefit plan being offered.
