Locum Medical has a client that is looking for Occupational Medicine coverage for their clinic that is opening in June in the Dallas, TX area. Hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm. There is no call or weekend work. This is a locum to permanent opportunity. The ideal candidate will be Board Certified in Occupational Medicine or in Family Practice or Internal Medicine with Occupational Medicine experience. The candidate should be comfortable with suturing, splinting, eye injuries (eye irrigation), and minor urgent cases. More serious injuries are referred to other locations. You must be comfortable using a computer as well. You will have a support staff of a Medical Assistant, Office Manager and a rehab department with a Physical Therapist on site.
