National client is in need of a Medical Center Director.
The Medical Center Director opportunity will provide quality patient care including injury care and physicals in fast paced environment. Recruit, supervise and train full - time staff physicians and mid-levels. Will recruit, orients and trains fill-in providers. Conference with other Medical Center Directors and Regional Medical Directors to review and implement "best practices" in the medical center. Will meet weekly with PT Director and center Administrator to review effectiveness and growth plan. Participates and promotes client relations with other members of the leadership team. Provides input into staff hiring and clinical training.
