THE POSITION
Our client, an established neurosurgery practice, seeks a BE/BC Neurosurgeon for a growing practice in suburban Denver. The candidate must be a team player, flexible and supportive of a collegial environment. In addition, the candidate must have the desire to build a new practice.
The ideal candidate will be a self starter with an interest in helping build a new practice. The practice is negotiating with several area hospitals for a reimbursed call schedule. The new surgeon will be offered a competitive salary, incentive bonus, and on-call stipend.
Partnership will be considered after one year. Full benefits, including health insurance, malpractice, 4-weeks paid time off, $5,000 CME and relocation assistance will be included in the package. This is an excellent opportunity to join a new and thriving medical community in one of the fastest growing suburbs of the Denver metropolitan area.
Surgeons practice in new facilities in a location with high-income patient demographics. Each associate will be assisted by a physician assistant. Cases include general neurosurgery with 80% spine and 20% cranial surgery. There is no trauma. This is not an opportunity for a surgeon desiring a specialized practice.
