- Hospitalist for established group that is part of a large respected healthcare system
- Blocked schedule of 7 on 7 off (or shorter blocks) with some call during the week that you're on
- Salary plus incentive based on RVU - expect base of $200K
- There are primary care physicians in the community that assist with weekend coverage
- Some ICU coverage but they have lots of subspecialists: no procedures
- Ability to start quickly is important so active Illinois license is required
