Hartford -$225k earnings potential ! Join a financially sound group in Central CT. Outpatient only. No nursing home or hospital care. 1/37 week nights on call and 1/37 weekends on call Group currently consists of 40 physicians (IM and FP) and 15 midlevels. 8 office locations in the Hartford area. Owned by the system but physician directed. Current need is to do expansion and growth of the organization. Continued large investment in new locations, and LEAN process improvement and technology. Smart well trained staff. Stable payor mix. Allscripts EMR implementation. Chronic disease registries. Salary is guaranteed for 6-9 months then move to productivity with +/- caps 3 x per year. Top 10% of the practice is at or above 225K salary for 40 hour work week. (35 clinical hours) Minimum is about 175 k. 4 weeks vacation to start. 401K/409 etc. Physician driven medical group practice that focuses on clinical care with a strong business and results orientation to support the financial and personal success of the medical staff members. The practice provides many of the benefits of an independent practice with the support and resources of being a member of the premier integrated health system. We are now one of the largest primary care practices in the Greater Hartford Area. In 10 offices with over 50 clinicians providing Primary Care for over 65,000 patients, it has a reputation for quality care, quality service and access. Multiple offices are open seven days a week, open weekday evenings until 8:00 P.M. and open every Saturday and Sunday. In their commitment to see patients within 24 hours of a request, usually the same day, they are a primary care practice exceeding the offerings of most urgent care offices. The Medical Staff of primary care physicians practice in Internal Medicine or Family Practice, and work with capable and compassionate Physician Assistants and Advanced Practice Nurses. The provision of these urgent care services is further supplemented by an Occupational Medicine program, offering services to both treat and prevent work related injury and illness. Recognizes the critical imperative to keep up with modern technology, whether for revenue cycle maximization, patient communication via Web sites and portals, and clinical systems including EHR and chronic disease registries. They have successfully adopted Lean Process Improvement as its managerial approach to improving the quality and efficiency of office operations. Optimum use of these tools allows be ahead of the curve on revenue maximization, clinical quality, operational efficiency and compliance issues. Having operated for two years with their electronic prescribing system, we are in the process of implementing the full Allscripts electronic health record.
