ENDOCRINOLOGY SoouthCoast Massachusetts- One hour south of Boston / Southcoast region:**only taking Spanish speaking physicians. Nearly 40% of their patients are Hispanic! Practice IM/ Endo- Outpatient only. Call from home only. 1:6. Recently implemented Electronic Health Records (eClinical) They have 17 MDs and several mid levels. Total medical staff of approx. 30. Starting salary $135k - $140k with 3% annual increases. Relocation / sign on bonus are negotiable. Group has been operating since 1981. We serve over 20% of the population of the south coast region with several medical, dental and ancillary health services, including adult and pediatric primary care, urgent care, dentistry, podiatry, nutrition, WIC, maternal and child health, women's health services, HIV/AIDS primary care, prevention and treatment, medical social work, translation services, benefits counseling, nursing, tobacco treatment, and specialty clinics. On-site laboratory and radiology services are provided, and a satellite site at the Caroline Street Apartments offers health services for the elderly. Located about 40 miles from Boston and 30 miles from both Providence and Cape Cod. We currently have four full time IM physicians on staff and two full time hospitalists. Our physicians are required to see between 18 and 24 patients per day. Each doctor has a nurse and medical assistant assigned to them so they form a team who works together to see the numbers required. It has worked out very well since we implemented it about six years ago.VISAS OK
