Helena, Montana -- Seeking BE/BC interventional cardiologist to join our renowned International Heart Institute of Montana (IHI). Practice consists of majority (80 percent) general cardiology; 20 percent interventional. New physician will be located in a hospital office setting in Helena, but will be employed by and fully part of the IHI heart team based at St. Patrick Hospital and Health Sciences Center in Missoula. IHI includes 13 cardiologists (EP, interventional and non-interventional), and cardiothoracic surgeons, and is housed within St. Patrick, a Level II trauma center that received the Premier Award for Quality for Acute Myocardial Infarction in 2007 and has been named a Top 100 Hospital by Thomson Healthcare. Call 1:4; all surgeries are referred to St. Patrick in Missoula. The Helena hospital in which our new cardiologist's office will be located was named a Top 100 Most Wired Small and Rural Hospital (Hospitals & Health Networks) and received a 2007 Leadership Award for Excellence in Cardiac Care (VHA Inc.).
