GROUP:3 anesthesiologists adding 1 current docs have been there 6, 3 and 1 yr replacing a 4th doc who left for family reasonsNO CRNAsPartnership at 1 yearPROCEDURES:All general, NO cardiac; NO pain; NO Trauma; very little ped only ENT (no ped surgeon); No Neuro (no neuro surgeon); ortho and general surgery, vascular very little thoracicOB 350 births last yr. 50 c-sections 10% were epiduralsM-F schedule 7, 7:30-3, 3:30Surgery is scheduled in 2 blocks, runs fairly efficiently!
