They need a full time psychiatrist in March and ongoing. This is 100% adult, mostly outpatient but they will need to do a little bit of inpatient on call coverage as well (call is less than 1:4). They may also need to help out a little bit doing consults for the med-surgery floor. They allow 15 minutes for medication checks and 45 minutes for new evaluations. There are 5 psychiatrists total at the outpatient clinic. All the notes are done on their electronic medical records system.
