The Grand Island, Nebraska VA Medical Center is in need of a locum tenens Psychiatrist for their facility. The assignment will begin in late July 2009 and will continue for at least three months. Board Certified and Board Eligible physicians will be considered. All psychiatry patients will be seen on an outpatient basis. A valid medical license is required for the position, although it does not have to be a NE license. As with many VA job opportunities, a medical license from any U.S. state or territory is all that is required. Airfare, rental car, lodging and malpractice insurance will be provided for this assignment. Grand Island, NE is the home base for plenty of interesting things to see and do in Central Nebraska.
