We have a small hospital in Rural MD that is looking for a Pediatric Hospitalist to replace one of the physicians that is moving on. This Hospital only see's on average 2 Peds. patients per day. They really need to find someone that would be interested in joining the group. The current model is to have one physician on from 7am-7pm. The other physician covers 7p-7a. The third physician is off. They then rotate this . So basically you are working either 2 weeks on 1 off or they will look at doing 1 week on 1 week off. This is still to be determined as the new group takes over. This client will look at using locums until they are able to identify the ideal permanent candidate.
