We currently have a level II trauma center with advanced services such as neurosurgery and CT surgery that is looking for a Nephrologists that can help them out for the next couple of months. Their daily census is approximately 265. Inpatient census ranges from 18-30.They currently have three intensivists that cover the ICU full-time on a rotating basis. Hours of work is daily Monday-Friday doing 100% inpatient work. Physician will participate in call rotation of 1:3 weeknights and weekends. Call will be 1:2 when one of the nephrologists is off. Procedures required: Quinton catheters and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT). You would be responsible for admitting patients to the various units including ICU.
