• Any active state license
• Board Certified or Eligible in Family Practice, Internal Medicine or Geriatrics
• Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
• Call is one weeknight per week and one weekend per month
• BLS, ACLS & DEA required
• All patient records are computerized so must type at least 30 wpm
• 60 bed nursing home care unit having 25-30 visits per month

• We coordinate and pay for your travel, housing, and transportation
• You are covered under our professional liability insurance
