• Board Certified Internal Medicine, Family Practice (strongly prefer certification in Geriatrics)
• Any active state license
• BLS, ACLS & DEA required
• All patient records are computerized so must type at least 30 wpm
• Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm, No call
• Geriatric Extended Care &Nursing Home Care Units
• Patients live on-site so considered inpatients, but no invasive work, all outpatient duties going to patient rooms to provide treatment/care
