• Any active state license
• Outpatient Clinic, be flexible & willing to travel if needed
• Computerized patient record system, must be able to type well
• No call
• Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
• BLS & ACLS required
• Approximately 15-20 patients per day
