New York Family Practice

An established clinic in upstate New York is in need of a locum Family Practitioner starting in October for at least 3 months. This position is Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with call being 1:7. A hospitalist program is being established, so call will most likely not be needed after a period of three months. This is an ongoing opportunity and a possible locum-to-permanent position for the right candidate. You can expect a relatively low volume of patients per day, approximately 20, allowing for excellent patient care. Competitive compensation and an A rated malpractice insurance is being offered. Ideal physicians will be Board Certified or Board Eligible with an active, unrestricted New York license.
