- If Internist is interested, the FP's onsite would see pediatrics
- Currently 2 FP's plus one midlevel, & reception, coding, billing, nursing staff
- Traditional inpatient/outpatient
- 15-20 ppd; 0-4 inpatients/day; 0-1 admissions per day
