Kansas Family Practice

A primary care practice east of Oswego, Kansas is recruiting to add a Family Medicine physician.

The locum tenens or permanent Family Practitioner will join a busy practice servicing the bordering towns of Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Missouri. This is a full-time position with clinical, call, and hospital involvement. The patient census is about 25 patients.The ER at the hospital is covered by NPs & PAs. For ER involvement, cases that can't be handled by mid levels are sent to the clinic or shipped to another facility that handles higher trauma level cases. The physician will sometimes be called into the hospital when necessary.Explore this legendary cowboy town and visit the countless museums, or watch American bison at the wildlife refuges and along the highways on the prairies.
