A hospital in coastal North Carolina is seeking a locum tenens Emergency Medicine physician. The new 38,000 square foot ED opened in 2009 and has 34 beds with an expected volume of 33,000. There is an EMS program with in-house medical director provides direction and training services for a 7 county region, and a respected, high-quality nursing staff. Shifts are 12 hours and the schedule is flexible. 10-13 shifts per month are available.
