A local Dermatologist interested in locum tenens work is needed to perform clinics at the Veterans Administration in Madison, Wisconsin. The Dermatologist will provide two (2) general dermatology clinics 1/2 day each week dependent upon patient demand. You can expect to perform minor dermatologic procedures during the general dermatology clinics and 2-3 major dermatologic surgeries each week including, but not be limited to: MOHS surgery and wide excisions. These will be scheduled by the VA dependent upon patient demand and performed in one (1) scheduled 1/2 day Ambulatory Surgery clinic each week. Ideal candidates will be Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Dermatology and a Fellow of the American Society of MOHS Surgery.
