Dates for this position are from Nov. 3 and ongoing. Types of cases include General, ENT, Ortho, Vascular, and Urology. Number of cases are anywhere from 2-6 per day. Current model is 3 MD's and 5 CRNA's. Credentialing will take 3 weeks, however can push through 1 or 2 weeks.
