Corona Regional Medical Center is assisting a surgery practice in recruiting a new associate. The private practice group is currently 2 surgeons. They cover several hospitals in the Corona / Riverside area. The practice is a well-established group with a large extensive referral base. The surgeons do Vascular Surgery and General Surgery. It is expected the predominant caseload for the new surgeon in practice will be Vascular Surgery cases to start with the eventual goal to be 100% in a very short time. Because of the current make-up of the patient load, we are seeking a fellowship trained Vascular Surgeon. The group will offer a top compensation package on a partnership track.
Corona Regional Medical Center is a 228 bed facility. With a wide spectrum of services that includes a Comprehensive Cancer Center, Medical/Surgical Unit, Maternal Child Health, Intensive Care Unit, Coronary Care and Ancillary Services. Corona Regional Medical Center offers education classes in a variety of health-related topics, including women's services, nutrition, grief recovery and many opportunities for free health screenings.
The City of Corona has an estimated population of 150,000 and is located just east of Los Angeles. There are two important airports within 25 minutes of Corona. The closest university is located in Riverside, minutes from Corona. There are numerous recreational activities available in the area.
