Two (2) Urologist needed in Warrenton, VA. This community is fifty miles from Washington, D.C! Join group of 2 in a private practice looking to expand to three. One of the older urologists is doing mostly clinical procedures, leaving open a huge surgery practice to cover. This will be an income guarantee based on a competitive income using MGMA standards for the area. Group will provide a benefit package with partnership offered after 2 years with little to no buy in.

The second opening is to become a hospital employed urologist. We will offer a base salary for the first year based on MGMA standards for our area, plus a full benefit package. The second year will be a production based model with 90% collections minus overhead as the formula. Why not look at both positions when you visit our community?
