Northeastern Utah acute care facility in need of 2nd Urologist in 2010 to join 1 Urologist due to growth, covering patients within a 3 county radius. Facility recently completed $8.2 million expansion to include new 4-bed ICU unit, new 9-bed ER wing, 2 new state-of-the-art trauma rooms, new outpatient surgery department, remodeled radiology department with updated equipment, 6 new physician offices opening in August/09. Financial package to include first year salary of $275 - $425K depending upon experience, signing bonus, production bonuses, full benefits to include malpractice, family health insurance, life, dental, LT/ST disability, 401k, Pension, vacation, CME, relocation expenses.
