Fargo, ND VA Medical Center seeks Medical Director Dept. of Urology. This general Medical/Surgical/Psych facility with 59 acute beds and attached 50 bed TCU providing extended care, covers veterans in ND, west MN, and northern SD, as well as is one of principal teaching institutions for the University of ND School of Medicine. Clinical research encouraged but major duties are clinical consisting of urologic procedures, surgery, outpatient clinic, consults, supervision and teaching of residents. See average of 20-30 patients daily. This government employed position will include salary up to $285,000, production bonus annually, malpractice, health, life, LT/ST disability, dental, vision, pension, relocation, 26 PTO days, paid holidays, loan assistance up to $48,000, minimal call. Client is actively interviewing and ready to hire qualified Urology specialist for 2008 start date. Seasoned candidate with leadership skills preferred.
