Private practice, Urology Center of Northeastern Kentucky, group consisting of 3 Urologists recruiting 1-2 additional physicians to join group. Looking to bring someone on board for 2007 or 2008. The group will look at MD or DO, male or female AB/AT. The group sees a tremendous amount of volume, plus with the departure of two physicians in the community over the past two years, there is definitely a need for an additional Urologist in this area. Practicing physicians are seeing 200 patients a week; they can easily sustain another provider. The incoming physician would be expected to see roughly 30-50 patients a day. The group hours an in-house procedure room, Urodynamic equipment, CT Scanner, X-Ray and Ultrasound. Financial and benefit package will discussed with candidates by the recruiting physicians. Hospital may or may not provide 1st year support, they will recruitment expenses, sign-on bonus, student loans, moving and house hunting expenses.
