Recently you logged on to our website requesting information. Currently a large client we represent is seeking 4 Urologists for different locations in Illinois. They are known for being competitive and presenting an excellent package. They are a large Healthcare System, owning over 200 hospitals nationwide. They will do a generous sign on bonus, assist with relocation, offer CME with allowance, and help with student loan repayment if necessary. Below is a little information about each opportunity.
1)Near Quad Cities Iowa and Peoria, IL Multispecialty group of 4 (two physicians and two mid-level providers). The physicians are Hematology/Oncology and Urology. Hospital has 180 beds and 75 diversified physicians on staff. Service population is 140,000.
Call 1:2 - 1:5 Reason for search: practice growth. Very well established practice, serves multi-county area of 90,000, 45 miles from 2 cities over 100,000, growing practice with well respected Urologist, community offers great mid-west life. Competitive financials with option for partnership.
2)Located 90 minutes from St. Louis, MO Seeking Urologist for new 100-bed replacement hospital which opened in December 2002. Hospital has service population of 120,000 (within 30 miles there is a population of 240,000).
TWO OPTIONS: Hospital sponsored solo or join an established practice with one Urologist (who is hospital employed). Call schedule would be 1:3 - Hospitalist program is in place. Office space available across the street from hospital or at a nearby medical office building. Minutes to Southern Illinois University with a student population of 24,000.
3) 45 minutes from Chicago. Join one Urologist in private practice who is seeking to slow down in the next 3-5 years and turn practice over. Work from one office and two hospitals. Call is 1 in 4,5 (shared with 4 other Urologists on staff). Would ideally like candidate with Robotic Surgery interest. Facility has 410 beds with 340 physicians on staff.
4)Southern IL - close to Carbondale and Marion Hospital seeking part-time Urologist (2-3 days per week). There is also the possibility of a full-time setting if shared with sister hospital - 30 minutes away. Hospital is a 36-bed facility that employs more than 150 people. Hospital Employed with call to be arranged.
