- Join another Urologist in the group.
- MSG of over 70 physicians and 40 mid-levels.
- Large referral network and great relationship w/ community's Primary Care physicians.
- Replacing two physicians who retired within a year of each other.
- Strong hospital support. Access to a DaVinci Robot, but skills in Robotics, not required.
- Partnership track--all partners are on the same model so new physicians have no disadvantages.
- Progressive Compensation Model -- No "Junior" Status - Eat what you kill.
