START A NEW PRACTICE, BUSY FROM THE VERY BEGINNING - Southwest Healthcare System in Murietta/Wildomar (Temecula Valley), California is assisting in the development of a new group in the community.
Ideally two new Urologists will move to the area at approximately the same time and will either form a new group, or enter into an overhead and call sharing arrangement. The hospital will provide a net collections guarantee that will include your personal income as well as the funds needed to run your start-up practice. All indications are that you will exceed your guarantee in six months and be ready to consider recruiting a third member to your group. The hospitals payer mix includes approximately 23% straight Medicare and 20% Medicare HMO, assuring a very busy senior patient base.
