Our Clinic is one of the nations largest physician owned and directed medical groups with over 775 physicians practicing in currently 45 locations throughout Wisconsin. We currently have UC openings in Marshfield, Minocqua, Rice Lake and Park Falls. Our UC physicians work about 1800 hours a year.

Our Clinic Center joined the Clinic system in April 1991 and had just built a new state-of-the-art facility that just opened April 2008. Located in Rice Lake, the Center offers both primary and specialty care and draws patients from the surrounding region. Physicians also help serve patients at Marshfield Clinic locations in the Northwest.

Medical services available at the Center include audiology, dermatology, family practice, internal medicine, nephrology, neurology, obstetrics & gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopaedic surgery, otolaryngology (ENT), pediatrics, physical therapy, psychiatry & behavioral health, and urology. Additional specialty care is provided on-site by visiting physicians from Marshfield, Ladysmith and Eau Claire.

The Center is conveniently located adjacent to the medical Center, a modern and progressive 75-bed acute care hospital. Approximately forty miles separates the Rice Lake Center from two other Marshfield Clinic sites: Ladysmith Center to the east and Chippewa Center to the south. This network of healthcare providers offers a truly unique opportunity for the Clinic to serve patients throughout an expanded geographic area.
