Need Board Certified Family Practice physician, experienced in Urgent Care, with excellent training programs, track record and communication skills. Beautiful new facility in great community. New physician will be first to help launch new Urgent Care clinic; affiliated with established primary care practice in White House, TN. Convenient to I-65 and 25 minutes from Nashville. Partnership opportunity (end of 1st year, with positive cash flow). Hospital will offer a comprehensive financial package to include 1st year income guarantee (assuring base salary) and covering medical malpractice, marketing expenses, sign-on bonus, medical insurance & benefits, CME, 401k
Projected income: after 1st year, production-based owner income including bonus; 2nd year income potential of $200k+. Call 1:5; each doctor covers a weekend; practice call covered by NPs (partners rotate through the clinic). Hours of Operation: (Open on weekends) M-F Noon to 8 pm; Sat. 8 to 6 pm; Sun. 1 to 6 pm. Work week: 40 to 45 hrs and 1 weekend a month. 20,000 active patient charts (30k on file).
