An urgent care clinic in South Carolina is seeking locum tenens coverage until they recruit a permanent physician. If you need flexible scheduling, this is a great opportunity. The clinic is open 7 days per week: 12 hours on Monday through Saturday and 7 hours on Sunday. Patients are both scheduled and walk-in and you can expect to see approximately 30-35 daily. The physician can expect minor illness, minor suturing, splinting, workers compensation, drug screens and other occupational medicine. Support staff includes a family nurse practitioner at one site, a physician assistant at the other and a full office support staff.
