Hospital system 20 minutes south of Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a family practitioner for its urgent care!! Hospital has decided to replace a mid-level provider with a physician. Clinic is open 8A to 7:30 PM Mon thru Fri with more limited hours on the weekends. Work 3 -12 hour shifts or 4- 10 hour shifts per week. Work one weekend per month. Hospital generally has two providers working at a time. Position is about 80% urgent care and 20% occupational medicine. Physicians can see anywhere from 16 to 50 patients per day in typical shift. Very competitive compensation and benefit package (malpractiace, health, dental, 26 days PTO, 401-K, etc) + bonus potential.
