On behalf of a client in beautiful northern New Mexico, we are seeking two physicians to work in an urgent care center, treating minor illness and injuries! This is a NO CALL, outpatient onlly position. 25 - 40 patients per day, depending on season. Physicians work 12 hour shifts, THREE DAYS PER WEEK! Scheduling is done on a quarterly basis, which equals 39 shifts per quarter. Days are not assigned regularly each week, but are rotated, with all providers sharing weekends and holiday schedules. Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred. Employed position, with full employee benefits. EXCELLENT COMPENSATION, which will also include productivity bonus plan that is based on work RVUs, benchmarked against MGMA surveys. Paid relocation, and possible sign-on bonus.
