Great opportunity to join a growing fast track/urgent care practice in Northwest Indiana. The fast tracks are located at the hospital next to the ER and are open 24 hours a day. See all ages. They cover two different hospitals and both have different schedule options. Work either three 9 hours shifts and one 12 hour shift or two 12 hour shifts and one 10 hour. Average 2.2 patients per hour. The admit rate ranges between 7% and 20%. Competitive hourly rate with full benefits that include malpractice, 401k with match and profit-sharing, vacation, health insurance, disability, CME allowance, $250,000 life insurance policy, paid medical licenses and dues, optional dental and vision.
