Trauma Surgeons are needed to help fill in for about a dozen 24 hour call shifts a month until they fill the need with a permanent surgeon.

The current call schedule is 7 nights a month and they would like to reduce that to about 4 nights a month, so 12 nights of coverage a month is ideal.Look out the ED wing and you will see the Statue of Liberty.
