Community 30 minutes from Corpus Christi is seeking an additional surgeon. You will be welcomed with open arms due to the present volume of cases and the present surgeon cannot do them all. The previous surgeon recently retired and the medical staff over 20 primary care physicians is awaiting your arrival. You may choose between being a hospital employee or an independent practitioner. The guaranteed salary is above the MGMA average with a full array of benefits that includes malpractice, health, dental, retirement, etc. There is also a signing bonus and potential stipend for residents
The hospital resides in the heart of a town known for its ranching history and rich Texas culture. Licensed for 100 beds, the hospital is a general acute-care facility offering complete medical and surgical services including pediatrics, obstetrics and skilled nursing, as well as emergency, intensive care, cardiac and comprehensive diagnostic services. The emergency department is designated as a Level IV trauma center.
