There are 32 active physicians on staff representing different specialities; They offer 2 different financial packages. One is employment with a base of $290K plus productivity based on RVUs with a 2 yr contract the other is a net income guarantee of $290K with a 2 yr contract. There is no productivity , but the physician keeps monies above the net income guarantee once it has been met. They offer a comprehensive benefits package including 4 wks vacation; potential loan forgiveness and relocation. Will accept H1B candidates.
