Philadelphia: Metro Group needs additional General Diagnostic for 25% Musculoskeletal
Private practice of 8 Radiologists serving hospital in one of Philadelphias finest neighborhoods seeks a General Diagnostic Radiologist able to provide 25% Musculoskeletal. The practice serves a 200 bed hospital, has a new imaging center, and just acquired the contract of an additional smaller hospital. Lots of cross coverage with little Mammography. Nighthawk is 7 days a week from 10 PM to 7 AM. PACS and State-of-the-art Dictation Technology is in place. Excellent ultrasound, 16-slice CT, nuclear cameras, remote fluoro, 3 magnets, and special procedures equipment. Call is 1:7.
Partnership, depending on experience is within 2-3 years. First year income is $275K+ increasing to Partnership income of $490K+ with full benefits. Vacation is 8 weeks per year. Full medical with $2500 reimbursement for deductibles. Nominal buy in. The group is small enough that all decisions are made with a consensus of all members. Everyone shares call equally - and when you are on call, you come in at 11:30 AM, work until 7:30 PM and then take call from home until Nighthawk kicks in at 10 PM.
