A permanent Diagnostic Radiology position is available in central Iowa. A hospital based physician group is seeking a general radiologist to join their growing and well respected practice. Candidates must be board certified in radiology. The group provides exclusive coverage at a 200 bed secondary level regional referral center, for both in and outpatients as well as an affiliation at the medical center's women's center and affiliated clinics. In addition to the traditional imaging and procedural modalities, the group's commitment to radiology services includes a 1.5 Telsa MRI, 16 slice CT (soon to be a 64 slice), PACS and PET/CT. Teleradiology services have recently been implemented. Vascular and Interventional radiology services are provided separately within the Group. Nestled in the gently rolling hills of the Des Moines River Valley, this progressive community has evolved into a regional center for manufacturing, transportation, retail and healthcare industries. This city offers many recreation activities including indoor/outdoor soccer, tennis, great golf courses, and a number of facilities for basketball, swimming and volleyball.
